Rich Products Launches RTD Beverage Platform at IDDBA Trade Show
Rich Products will showcase an expanded ready-to-drink beverage portfolio at the 2026 International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) trade show, June 7-9 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. The company's booth #2850 features seven sampling stations, live demonstrations, and an interactive experience centered on three key growth areas: natural-colored icings, ready-to-drink beverages, and an expanded pizza platform.
RTD Beverages Emerge as Fast-Growing Distribution Channel
Beverages have emerged as one of the fastest-growing opportunities in in-store bakery and deli departments, driven by consumer demand for customization and premium experiences.
"Beverages have emerged as one of the fastest-growing opportunities across the in-store bakery and deli, driven by consumer demand for customization and premium experiences," the company noted in materials describing the show.
Rich's beverage offerings include its All-In-One Creamer and Soft Whip Cold Foam platforms, which the company positions as solutions for dirty sodas, handcrafted coffees, and dessert-inspired drinks. An interactive coffee corner in the booth will demonstrate how these products work across dayparts and menus with minimal labor impact. For RTD beverage manufacturers and distributors, these ingredient and functional platforms represent new opportunities to extend product lines into the bakery and deli channel.
Manufacturing Capabilities Expand With Great Kitchens Acquisition
The booth will also feature Pizzeria Uno—Rich's newly acquired brand—making its IDDBA debut. Rich Products acquired Great Kitchens Food Company, North America's largest manufacturer of private label take-and-bake pizzas, earlier this year. The acquisition significantly expands Rich's topped pizza capabilities and includes offerings in Detroit-style, Chicago-style deep dish, and handheld calzones.
Natural Color Trend Supports Clean-Label RTD Growth
The company's new Bettercreme® and Buttrcreme icing portfolios contain no colors from artificial sources, addressing retailer demand as consumer preferences shift toward cleaner labels. The products maintain the same flavor, texture, and performance as conventional versions while offering the full spectrum of vibrant hues—red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, and light pink—needed for eye-catching finished products.
This clean-label positioning aligns with RTD beverage category trends, where consumers increasingly seek natural-color and natural-ingredient formulations.
Expanded Product Portfolio and Sampling Demonstrations
During the show, Rich's will run continuous live demonstrations across seven sampling stations showcasing new and existing products:

According to Alvino Battistoni, senior vice president of In-Store Bakery & Deli Division at Rich Products: "IDDBA is where the industry comes together to discover what's next, and we're excited to showcase the full breadth of how Rich's is helping retailers innovate. From advancements in natural color innovation and the growing role of beverages to new product concepts and menu solutions, we're laser focused on helping retailers stay one step ahead of evolving consumer expectations, unlocking new opportunities for growth."

Supply Chain Implications for Beverage Manufacturers
For RTD beverage manufacturers and distributors, Rich's expansion into creamer and cold foam platforms signals growing demand for functional beverage ingredients in the foodservice and in-store prepared foods channel. The convergence of natural-color requirements, premium RTD positioning, and channel expansion through bakery and deli departments presents new distribution and co-packing opportunities. Manufacturers focused on RTD coffee, handcrafted beverage, and dessert-drink formats should monitor how platforms like Soft Whip Cold Foam and All-In-One Creamer reshape margin opportunities and channel expansion strategies.
