Waterloo Gin, a craft distillery in Texas Hill Country, has won medals for all three of its expressions at the 2026 SIP Awards. The Waterloo No. 9 Gin flagship earned Platinum, the Prickly Pear & Rose Gin took Double Gold, and the Barrel Aged Gin won Gold. The distillery formulates each gin using nine botanicals native to Texas. Waterloo No. 9 Gin is the brand's core expression. Prickly Pear & Rose Gin is a naturally pink gin and the newest release. Barrel Aged Gin undergoes maturation using the same process as bourbon whiskey.
