Toastique is adding two dessert-inspired drinks to its menu through November: a cannoli-flavored coffee and a protein-packed raspberry smoothie, both created in collaboration with Kit Keenan.
The Menu Items The Raspberry Crumble Smoothie combines raspberries, banana, Greek yogurt, plant protein, and oat milk with cinnamon, delivering 28 grams of protein. It's topped with housemade berry jam and gluten-free granola crumble. The Cannoli Cloud Coffee features a double shot of espresso mixed with housemade vanilla and almond syrup, topped with cannoli cream cold foam, 60% cacao chocolate, and crushed cannoli chips.
Why It Matters
QSR chains continue layering seasonal indulgences into their core menus to drive traffic during high-consumption periods. Limited-time offerings tied to cultural moments—like National Dessert Month—create urgency while testing formulations operators can evaluate for potential permanent placement. Toastique's focus on visible protein content and housemade components reflects operator demand to balance indulgence with nutritional transparency.
