Craft Beer Brand Steps Into Spirits Category Revolver Brewing, a subsidiary of Tilray Brands, has launched a three-spirit extension of its Blood & Honey beer brand. The new whiskey, gin, and vodka lineup carries the signature blood orange and honey profile into a spirits category, marking the Texas-born brewer's formal expansion beyond beer. Each spirit is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV) and crafted with raw, unfiltered honey sourced from Burleson's Honey in Waxahachie, Texas. The three offerings carry distinct positioning and price points: Blood & Honey Whiskey ($29.99 MSRP) is built on a foundation of rich grains with warm citrus undertones and honeyed sweetness. The brand describes the profile as featuring bright blood orange, gentle oak, smooth honey, soft vanilla and a hint of clove. Blood & Honey Gin ($23.99 MSRP) blends bright citrus, subtle honey and curated botanicals. The spirit opens with classic juniper alongside blood orange and citrus zest, finishing with structured bitterness. Blood & Honey Vodka ($19.99 MSRP) is crafted with a hint of Blood & Honey essence. The vodka emphasizes vibrant blood orange zest, fresh juice, light honey and delicate wildflowers, with a soft finish featuring subtle vanilla.

Brand Extension Strategy "Revolver has always stood for bold Texas flavor, and Revolver Blood & Honey Spirits bring the iconic Texas Blood & Honey beer into a new category with real energy and originality," said Ralph Huellemann, Texas State Sales Manager for Revolver Spirits. "Crafted with raw, unfiltered honey, this lineup is built to stand out on the shelf, behind the bar and in the glass. We see a powerful opportunity to give consumers something distinctive: spirits rooted in Texas, inspired by an iconic beer, and made for how people drink today." The spirits are available exclusively in Texas as of July 23, 2026.

Why It Matters

For bar operators and spirits retailers, this launch represents a growing trend of beer brands leveraging established flavor profiles into adjacent beverage categories. The Texas-exclusive rollout allows Revolver to test market demand and supply chain integration before potential broader expansion. The pricing strategy—with vodka positioned as entry point and whiskey as premium offering—offers retailers flexibility in shelf placement and promotional opportunities.
