Scale & Footprint
Miracle Cocktails Inc. is activating more than 150 licensed on-premise locations worldwide for its 12th consecutive holiday pop-up season, making the program one of the most broadly distributed experiential cocktail concepts in the bar trade. The flagship Miracle on 9th Street, hosted at The Cabinet Mezcal Bar in New York City, opens November 6, 2026, with partner locations rolling out throughout November. Since pioneering the licensed holiday cocktail pop-up format in 2014, the company has placed its concepts inside more than 300 bars globally—a route-to-market built entirely on licensing agreements rather than owned brick-and-mortar, giving operators a turnkey seasonal program with proprietary menus, décor, and collectible drinkware.
Menu & Non-Alc Push
Vice President Joann Spiegel leads cocktail development again this year, expanding the menu with new serves including the Sugarplum Stampede, Sleigh-Saurus, and Merry Mouse-Tail alongside perennial on-premise performers like the Christmapolitan and Snowball Old-Fashioned. Critically for operators watching consumer behavior shift, the 2026 program broadens its zero-proof and low-ABV SKU count—a deliberate move that builds on the positive reception to low/no-ABV serves introduced last season. The non-alc extension gives licensee bars a stronger pitch for the growing sober-curious on-premise segment without cannibalizing their full-proof spirits volume. Collectible mugs and glassware, produced by sister company Cocktail Kingdom, continue to function as a high-margin retail adjacency at the bar, driving incremental per-head spend.
Portfolio Expansion
Beyond Miracle, the company is using the 2026 season to extend its licensed concept portfolio on two fronts. Beachbum Berry's Sippin' Santa—produced in partnership with tiki authority Jeff "Beachbum" Berry—returns for its 10th anniversary, bringing a tropical counterpoint to the holiday pop-up category at cocktail bars across multiple markets. More significantly, Miracle Cocktails Inc. is launching The Haunting, its first-ever Halloween pop-up concept, at bars worldwide. The debut effectively transforms the company from a single-season operator into a multi-occasion licensed concept house, spreading its licensing revenue and operator engagement across a larger share of the calendar year. All drinkware and barware for the three concepts continues to flow through Cocktail Kingdom, vertically integrating the supply chain between concept licensing and proprietary merchandise.
"Miracle has grown from a single pop-up into a global cocktail phenomenon over these past 12 years," said Greg Boehm, Founder of Miracle Cocktails Inc. "This year, we are excited to bring new holiday-inspired cocktails, including an expanded non-alcoholic selection, all served in the signature mugs Miracle is known for."
For on-premise operators, the program represents a low-capital-expenditure way to drive seasonal foot traffic and check averages during Q4—historically the highest-volume period for spirits-led cocktail bars. The licensing model also means participating venues absorb none of the concept development cost, while Miracle Cocktails Inc. scales its brand and drinkware distribution without owning a single seat. Trade buyers evaluating seasonal programming or spirits on-premise trends should monitor how The Haunting's launch performs as a proof-of-concept for year-round licensed experiential concepts.
