MICHELIN NAMES THE NELSON COTTAGE BY HIGH WEST
IN FIRST-EVER SOUTHWEST RESTAURANT GUIDE
PARK CITY, UTAH (Aug. 27, 2026) — The distinguished Michelin Guide announced its inaugural Southwest Guide on Wednesday, which includes restaurants throughout Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, and Nevada. The Nelson Cottage by High West, led by Chef de Cuisine, Julia Sorroche, under the leadership of High West Executive Chef, Jordan Harvey, was among those awarded in the acclaimed Recommended Restaurants category.

Located at 651 Park Avenue in Park City, The Nelson Cottage by High West is known for their elevated tasting menus and seasonal prix-fixe whiskey paired dinners. High West Whiskey Ambassadors lead guests through each course, bringing insights on whiskey tastings, pairings, and the history of whiskey in Park City. Menus rotate with the evolution of the seasons, showcasing the freshest ingredients of Utah’s bounty.
