New Campaign Targets Holiday Pressure Baileys is launching "Bring on the Baileys," a global brand platform designed to shift how consumers view the Irish cream liqueur during the holiday season. Rolling out nationwide across social and digital channels in late October, the campaign responds to consumer research revealing growing tension around holiday celebrations—the pressure to create picture-perfect festivities has transformed celebration into labor. "The holidays could use a little less fuss and a little more playfulness. With Bring on the Baileys, we're bringing a bolder, cheekier energy to the indulgence people already love us for," said Olivia Kupfer, Director, Liqueurs at Diageo. "Part treat, part booze, our creamy, smooth liquid over ice delivers the familiar taste fans count on while introducing a new generation of Baileys drinkers to this beloved ritual. It's an effortless way to add a splash of mischief to holiday traditions and turn gatherings into giddy get-togethers."

Two Films Anchor Campaign Developed by AMV BBDO, the campaign centers on Baileys Original Irish Cream served over ice.

Two playful films—"Skater" and "Earrings"—bring the concept to life. "Skater" depicts a festive lakeside gathering where three unexpected ice skaters arrive bearing Baileys in stemmed coupe glasses adorned with pearls and red gems. "Earrings" is set in a hair salon, where a character unscrews miniature Baileys bottles dangling from her ears and pours the liqueur over ice for fellow salon-goers, transforming a routine moment into spontaneous indulgence. The campaign extends across out-of-home advertising, social media, and radio throughout the holiday season.

Holiday Offerings Expand Baileys is introducing limited-time holiday offerings, including Candy Cane packs featuring 50mL bottles, festive bottle bows, and a special set pairing Baileys Original Irish Cream with a cocktail glass. The brand also highlights signature serves including Baileys Original Irish Cream over ice, the Baileys Espresso Martini, and seasonal options like the Baileys Gingerbread Martini. Baileys Original Irish Cream ($24.99) and Baileys Chocolate Liqueur ($24.99) are available nationwide wherever spirits are sold for consumers 21+.

Why It Matters

The campaign signals a strategic pivot for a heritage liqueur brand—positioning Baileys not as a reward for completed work but as an immediate, accessible indulgence. For on-premise and retail operators, the heightened marketing push and expanded seasonal offerings present opportunities to feature Baileys prominently in holiday promotions and cocktail programs.
