Pegasus Distillerie is an independent, family-owned spirits house based in Meursault, Burgundy, France. Founded in 2021 by Master Distiller Maxime Girardin, heir to a 13th generation winemaking family, the distillery creates a new generation of contemporary French spirits inspired by exceptional terroirs, crafted with certified organic ingredients and advanced distillation technology. (You may recognize the brand for the work they did with Game of Thrones actress, Emilia Clarke!)

Pegasus Vodka: Pegasus combines organic certification, terroir-driven identity, and drop-by-drop reduction to deliver a structured and expressive liquid. Pegasus Vodka is THE French vodka for Martinis.

Orion Gin: A high-altitude, high-precision organic gin, built from six carefully selected botanicals sourced from two terroirs: the French Riviera, the Swiss Alps, and Burgundy, where it is distilled. Each botanical is treated through dynamic maceration and distilled separately in Still to preserve its aromatic identity before blending into a crisp, complex and fragrant gin. The result is a rare symbiosis where citrus brightness, floral nuance and alpine freshness align like stars in perfect constellation.
Minty Liqueur: Minty is a high-proof, low-sugar, crystal-clear mint liqueur that combines the purity of the Alps with modern distillation in Burgundy. Made from a blend of three organically grown Alpine mints: Japanese, Orange, and Moroccan each botanical is extracted via dynamic maceration, then distilled using iStill technology simulating pot stills for precision and aromatic integrity. Whether used in cocktails, served as a shot, or sipped neat, Minty offers a clean, layered, and versatile flavor experience that's redefining what mint liqueurs can do.
Eau d’Or: Eau d’Or is a light, floral, citrus-forward liqueur made with organic lemon, bitter orange, and orange blossom from Menton, on the French Riviera. With its low sugar and low ABV (23%), it offers a modern, natural alternative to traditional orange liqueurs. Eau d’Or is distilled using dynamic maceration and iStill technology.
